We want you to be a happy pickler and hope you love the products we offer! However, if you are not jumping for joy over what you received, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the original shipping date.
-Items must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Used items will not qualify for returns.
-Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for costs to ship the item back to us.
-Items purchased outside the US are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
-Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
-Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow 7-14 days after we receive your return to process your refund. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Returns due to defective merchandise:
Please contact us at info@pkblvibes.com with the following info:
-Order number
-Buyer’s name
-Item ordered
-Please describe the defect/issue
-Send photos of the defective merchandise.
If the merchandise qualifies for a defective merchandise return, we will send you further instructions.
Returns or exchanges due to reasons other than defective merchandise:
For reasons other than defective or misprinted merchandise (ie: size change, color change, design change, change of mind, etc.), we will accept ONE return or exchange for each product ordered. Please contact us at info@pkblvibes.com with the following info:
-Order number (if this is a gift and you don’t have order number, feel free to skip)
-Buyer’s name
-Recipient’s name (if different from Buyer’s name/if this was a gift)
-Item ordered
-Please explain the reason for the return
Once we review your return/exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to return your product.
